Rick Bain resides at Raintree Lake in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with his wife Mona and daughters Kylie and Morgan. When not helping clients, Rick stays busy enjoying water skiing, volleyball, gardening, cooking, and family activities. Rick's professional background includes manufacturing engineering, product development, and business management. These skills and experience have allowed Rick to guide business owners and families to make meaningful decisions regarding their financial concerns since 2002. Rick is the founder of Lighthouse Financial Strategies, and helps clients develop comprehensive tax, insurance, investment, and financial planning solutions to address their unique needs and opportunities. He has been nationally syndicated radio talk show host Dave Ramsey's Endorsed Local Provider since 2006. Licenses: Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Series 7 and Series 66

Jim Guyot resides in Lenexa, Kansas with his wife Kay and daughters Kayla and Katrina. When not helping clients, Jim enjoys golfing, snow skiing, following college and professional sports, watching his children's sporting activities, and participating in church and community activities.
Jim is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. Jim’s focus is retirement planning and investment management for his clientele of successful executives, business owners, pre-retirees, and retirees. He is dedicated to providing meaningful solutions on a wide variety of financial matters including comprehensive financial planning, tax reduction strategies, and risk management. He has been nationally syndicated radio talk show host Dave Ramsey’s Endorsed Local Provider since 2002.

Gardner Lee resides in Overland Park, KS, with his wife Joi. Together they have raised three beautiful children. When not helping clients, Gardner enjoys tennis, golfing, playing guitar, biking, and attending sporting events. He loves to read non-fiction, including entrepreneurial and motivational classics. Gardner was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. He is a graduate from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
Gardner has been serving clients full time in the financial services industry since 1998. In the spring of 2008, he joined Lighthouse Financial Strategies to team up with Jim and Rick. His passion is to help educate clients about the total financial planning process. An emphasis in his business includes implementing quality action plans for retirement, education funding, and investment planning goals. Stock, mutual fund, and portfolio analysis is also a main part of his practice.
